摘要
基于2010—2021年中国31个省(区市)(不含港澳台)面板数据构建指标体系,考察了民营经济高质量发展对制造业高端化、智能化、绿色化转型的影响。结果表明,民营经济高质量发展有利于制造业转型升级,并且这种作用存在地区异质性。机制分析显示,民营经济高质量发展通过产业结构优化、要素禀赋升级和对外开放等渠道对制造业转型升级产生影响。为此,要打破隐性制度、政策和观念对民营经济的冲击,提振民营企业的信心,通过民营经济高质量发展助力制造业转型升级,更高效率实现区域协调发展。
Utilizing panel data spanning from 2010 to 2021 across 31 provinces,regions,and cities in China(excluding Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan),this paper constructs an index system to evaluate the impact of high-quality development in the private sector on the advanced,intelligent,and environmentally friendly transformation of the manufacturing industry.The results suggest that fostering high-quality development in the private economy contributes positively to the enhancement of the manufacturing industry;however,this effect varies across different regions.Mechanism analysis reveals that optimizing industrial structure,upgrading factor allocation,and increasing openness to international markets are key channels through which high-quality development of the private economy influences transformation and upgrading within manufacturing.Therefore,it is imperative to break the hidden barriers that impact the private economy and boost the confidence of private enterprises,thus achieving high-quality development of the private economy.
