摘要
数字化供应链在工业企业中的融合应用进入了快速发展的阶段,目前的融合应用有六大方向:“人工智能+采购”驱动供应链决策智能、“数字孪生+流程运营”推动供应链效能优化、“机器人+生产运输”助力供应链弹性提升、“大数据/区块链+风险控制”保障供应链安全稳定、“数字化工具+碳排放”促进供应链低碳转型、“数字化平台+产业集群”加强供应链内外协同。融合应用深入推进尚存在四大问题:技术利用难度较大、企业自身资源较少、数据利用障碍较多、融合应用质量较低。下一步要从数字化供应链基础设施、资源供给、数据保障和攻坚合力四个方面努力,促进数字化供应链在工业企业的深度融合应用,推动我国从“制造大国”迈向“智造强国”。
The integration of digital supply chains within industrial enterprises has entered a phase of rapid development,currently unfolding across six key directions:"AI+Procurement"driving intelligent supply chain decision-making,"Digital Twins+Process Operations"optimizing supply chain efficiency,"Robotics+Production Logistics"enhancing supply chain resilience,"Big Data/Blockchain+Risk Control"ensuring supply chain security and stability,"Digital Tools+Carbon Emissions"promoting low-carbon supply chain transformation,and"Digital Platforms+Industrial Clusters"strengthening internal and external supply chain collaboration.There are still four major problems in the in-depth promotion of convergence application:greater difficulty in technology utilization,fewer enterprises'own resources,more obstacles in data utilization,and lower quality of convergence application.The next step is to make efforts in four aspects,namely,digital supply chain infrastructure,resource supply,data protection and joint efforts,to promote the in-depth integration and application of digital supply chain in industrial enterprises,and to promote China's development from a"big manufacturing country"to a"smart manufacturing country".
