摘要
企业创新生态系统中的价值共创是驱动技术和经济发展的核心动力。数字孪生作为集成型前沿数字技术,其丰富的可供性成为推动企业创新生态系统中价值共创的关键要素。然而,其具体作用机制尚待深入挖掘。聚焦海尔集团的衣联网、日日顺、卡奥斯三大子生态系统,采用嵌入式案例分析方法进行研究发现:数字孪生技术的多维可供性在单一场景、多元场景及生成场景中展现了显著的应用潜力,成为推动企业创新生态系统中价值共创的关键引擎;互补创新连接了数字孪生的多维可供性与企业创新生态系统中的价值共创,成为催化这一过程的重要机制;数字孪生的多维可供性催生了聚焦化、多样化和模块化互补创新形态,进而促成了互动式、整合式和转化式的价值共创模式,显著提高了企业的创新效率和整个生态系统的协同发展。研究结论不仅丰富了数字技术管理与企业创新生态系统价值共创关系相关的理论文献,还为企业在不同场景中有效应用和管理数字孪生技术以实现价值共创提供了借鉴启示。
Value co-creation within enterprise innovation ecosystems is a core driver of technological and economic development.Digital twins,as an advanced integrated digital technology,have become a pivotal element in fostering value co-creation within these ecosystems due to their rich affordances.However,the specific mechanisms by which they operate remain underexplored.It focused on three sub-ecosystems within Haier Group,i.e.,Yilianwang,Ririshun,and COSMOPlat,employing an embedded case analysis method.The findings reveal that the multidimensional affordances of digital twin technology exhibit significant application potential across single,multiple,and generative scenarios,serving as a key engine for value co-creation within enterprise innovation ecosystems.Complementary innovation bridges the multi-dimensional affordances of digital twin technology with value co-creation in enterprise innovation ecosystems,becoming a crucial mechanism that catalyzes this process.The multi-dimensional affordances of digital twins have fostered focused,diversified,and modular complementary innovation forms,leading to interactive,integrative,and transformative value co-creation models.These models significantly enhance corporate innovation efficiency and overall ecosystem synergy.The research conclusions not only enrich the theoretical literature on the relationship between digital technology management and value co-creation in enterprise innovation ecosystems but also provide valuable insights for enterprises to effectively apply and manage digital twin technology across different scenarios to achieve value co-creation.
