摘要
基于新时代大食物观理论背景,文章系统阐述了新茶食的发展、定义与内涵。梳理了“大食物观”的历史沿革与时代价值,明确其对新茶食发展的指导意义;结合生活使用场景界定“新茶食”的概念与分类,展示其定义的实际必要性与主要特征;阐述大食物观视域下发展新茶食的重要内涵,强调其在消费需求、产业升级与文化传播中发挥的作用并提出相关建议,以期为现代茶产业融合创新与高质量发展提供思路和启发。
Based on the theoretical background of the new era's all-encompassing approach to food,this paper sys-tematically explored the development,definition,and connotation of the new tea food category across three dimensions.First,it reviewed the historical evolution and contemporary significance of the all-encompassing approach to food,clarifying its guiding role for the development of new tea-based food products.Subsequently,it defined the concept and classification of new tea-based food products in daily life,demonstrating the practical necessity and characteristics of such a definition.Finally,it expounded on the significant connotations of developing novel tea-based foods from the perspective of the all-encompassing approach to food,emphasizing their role in consumer demand,industrial upgrading,and cultural dissemination.Relevant suggestions were proposed to provide insights and inspiration for the integrated innovation and high-quality development of the modern tea industry.
