摘要
目的 探讨基于赋权理论的居家容量管理在慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用效果及影响。方法 选择2022年12月—2023年8月九江学院附属医院收治的80例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照组间基本特征具有可比性原则分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规居家容量管理,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于赋权理论的居家容量管理,两组均干预3个月。比较两组患者干预前后自我效能感、自我护理能力、心功能及生活质量情况。结果 干预前,两组患者自我效能感、自我护理能力、心功能以及生活质量的评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组自我效能感、自我护理能力、心功能的评分均高于对照组,生活质量评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对慢性心力衰竭患者应用基于赋权理论的居家容量管理能促进其自我效能感,并提升自我护理能力,有效改善慢性心力衰竭患者心功能情况,提高其生活质量。
Objective To explore the application effect and influence of home volume management based on empowerment theory in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods To select 80 cases of chronic heart failure patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiujiang College from December 2022 to August 2023 as the study subjects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group of 40 cases each in accordance with the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between the groups.The control group implemented conventional home capacity management,and the observation group implemented home capacity management based on empowerment theory on the basis of the control group,and both groups intervened for 3 months.Self-efficacy,self-care ability,cardiac function and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores comparison of self-efficacy,self-care ability,cardiac function and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the scores of self-efficacy,self-care ability and cardiac function of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the scores of quality of life of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of home volume management based on empowerment theory to patients with chronic heart failure could promote their self-efficacy and enhance self-care ability,effectively improve the cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure,and improve their quality of life.
