摘要
本文总结1例胰腺癌胰十二指肠切除(PD)术后并发重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的临床护理经验。以护理程序为框架,通过动态评估、目标设定、措施实施、效果评价的闭环管理,实现对重要脏器功能的连续监护、感染控制及个体化营养支持,患者顺利度过多器官功能衰竭高峰期,康复出院。
This paper summarized the nursing management of severe acute pancreatitis acute in a patient undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy for pancreatic cancer.Based on the nursing pro⁃cess framework,the holistic nursing consisted of dynamic assessment,goal setting,goal imple⁃mentation,and effect evaluation.Targeted interventions were carried out to achieve goals such as monitoring of important organs,infection control and nutritional support.The patient had lived through the organ failure,recovered well and discharged from the hospital.
