摘要
本文总结1例肝肾亏虚型后循环缺血患者的中西医结合临床护理经验。通过护理评估及中医辨证,在饮食护理、情志护理、健康指导等常规护理基础上,结合头部刮痧和麦粒灸中医特色护理技术,开展中西医结合辨证施护,从而有效缓解患者头晕、眠差等临床症状,提高患者舒适度与生活质量。
This paper summarizes the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing for a patient with posterior circulation ischemia of liver and kidney deficiency type.A comprehensive nursing evaluation and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentia⁃tion were carried out before treatment.On the basis of diet management,emotional care and health guidance,combination treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques including head Gua Sha and moxibustion were carried out to relieve the clinical symptoms such as dizziness and poor sleep,improve the comfort and quality of daily life of the patient.
