摘要
目的调查ICU护士暴露性角膜炎预防行为的现状并分析其影响因素,为提升ICU护士暴露性角膜炎预防行为的实施提供参考。方法便利抽样某三甲医院两个院区8个专科ICU护士共350名作为调查对象,采用自编ICU护士暴露性角膜炎预防行为影响问卷开展调研。结果ICU护士对暴露性角膜炎预防行为的得分为(52.66±18.74)分,及格率为44.86%;经多元线性回归分析,ICU护士不同性别、参加培训情况在暴露性角膜炎预防行为得分具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ICU护士对暴露性角膜炎的预防行为水平整体不足,亟需提高。建议加强ICU护士有关暴露性角膜炎预防行为知识和护理培训,以期提高ICU护士的综合能力,从而改善ICU患者的护理质量及预后。
Objective To investigate the current situation of ICU nurses'prevention behavior of exposure keratopathy,and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide a reference for im⁃proving the implementation of prevention behavior of exposure keratopathy among ICU nurses.Methods A total of 350 nurses from 8 ICUs in two campuses of a tertiary hospital were conve⁃niently sampled as the survey subjects,and they were investigated by the self-designed ICU nurs⁃es'exposure keratopathy prevention behavior questionnaire.Results The scores of ICU nurses on exposure keratopathy prevention behaviors were(52.66±18.74),and the passing rate was 44.86%.Through one-way analysis of variance,the independent variables of age,education and professional title had no significant difference on the dependent variable of exposure keratopathyrelated prevention behavior score;ICU working years were the influencing factors of exposure keratopathy-related prevention behavior score(P<0.05);Gender,department and ICU nurses'training had significant effects on exposure keratopathy-related prevention behavior score(P<0.01).Conclusion The overall level of exposure keratopathy prevention behavior of ICU nurses is poor,which needs to be improved.It is suggested to strengthen the training of ICU nurses on exposure keratopathy prevention behavior knowledge,especially pay attention to male nurses,young nurses,nurses with more than 10 years of experience and ICU nurses in non-neurocritical care departments,so as to improve the comprehensive ability of ICU nurses,so as to improve the nursing quality and prognosis of ICU patients.
