摘要
目的了解2018—2021年宁夏人群布鲁氏菌病(布病)相关健康知识知晓情况及个人防护行为现状。方法采用2018—2021年采用现场问卷调查的方法,对宁夏所辖的22个县(市、区)及宁东镇开展人群布病健康教育及行为干预知晓率的摸底调查,比较人群知识知晓情况,评价防治效果。结果健康教育及行为干预前,一类人群健康知识平均知晓率及防护行为平均知晓率均高于二类人群(P<0.05)。干预后,全区一类人群及二类人群健康知识知晓率明显提升(P<0.05),效果评估阶段知晓率较基线调查期提高,一类人群及二类人群防护行为知识知晓率也明显提升(P<0.05);一类人群健康知识平均知晓率及防护行为平均知晓率均高于二类人群(P<0.05)。结论健康教育及行为干预可以有效提升群众对布病的认知和对自身的防护意识,今后还需加强防治知识宣传的广度和深度,进一步改变宁夏地区群众不良生产生活方式。
Objective To understand the awareness of brucellosis-related health knowledge and the current status of personal protective behaviors among the population in Ningxia from 2018 to 2021.Methods A baseline survey on the awareness rate of brucellosis health education and behavioral intervention was conducted in 22 counties(cities,districts)under the jurisdiction of Ningxia and the Ningdong Town by using on-site questionnaire survey from 2018 to 2021.The knowledge awareness among the population was compared,and the prevention and control effects were evaluated.Results Before health education and behavioral intervention,the average awareness rates of health knowledge and protective behaviors of the first category population were higher than those of the second category population(P<0.05).After the intervention,the awareness rate of health knowledge rate among both of the first category and the second category population in the whole region increased significantly(P<0.05),and and the awareness rate during the effect evaluation phase was higher than that during the baseline survey period.The awareness rate of protective behaviors knowledge among both of the first category and the second category population also increased significantly(P<0.05)compared with that before the behavioral intervention.The average awareness rates of health knowledge and protective behaviors among the first category were higher than those of the second group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education and behavioral intervention can effectively improve the public′s awareness of brucellosis and the self-protection awareness,but it is necessary to strengthen the breadth and depth of prevention and treatment knowledge propaganda to further change the poor production and lifestyle of the local population in the future.
