均相1-己烯羰基化反应中膦配体的研究进展

摘要 在均相1-己烯羰基化反应中,膦配体对反应活性、区域选择性及催化剂稳定性的调控起着关键作用。综述了近年来均相1-己烯羰基化反应中膦配体的研究进展。单齿膦配体通过调节铑中心的电子密度与空间位阻,有效提高了羰基化产物的正异比,在低碳烯烃羰基化中展现出良好的工业应用潜力。双齿及多齿膦配体借助螯合效应,实现了反应活性与区域选择性的协同提升,显著增强了直链醛的选择性,但其合成路线较为复杂且成本较高,限制了规模化应用。新型特殊结构膦配体的开发为解决催化剂易失活、稳定性差及产物分离困难等难题提供了新途径。未来研究应聚焦于降低成本的同时提高膦配体的选择性和活性,开发更加绿色环保的工艺,探索制备方法简便的新型催化剂和配体体系。 In the homogeneous hydroformylation of 1-hexene,phosphine ligands play a crucial role in regulating reaction activity,regioselectivity,and catalyst stability.Recent advances in the research of phosphine ligands in 1-hexene hydroformylation were reviewed.Monodentate phosphine ligands can effectively increase the n/iso ratio of hydroformylation products by tuning the electronic density and steric hindrance at the rhodium center,thereby demonstrating promising industrial application potential in the hydroformylation of lower olefins.Bidentate and multidentate phosphine ligands,benefiting from chelating effects,enable a synergistic improvement in both activity and regioselectivity,significantly enhancing the selectivity toward linear aldehydes;however,their complex synthetic routes and high costs hinder large-scale application.The development of novel phosphine ligands with special structures provides new strategies to address challenges such as catalyst deactivation,poor stability,and difficulties in product separation.Future research should focus on reducing costs while improving the selectivity and activity of phosphine ligands,developing greener and more sustainable processes,and exploring new catalyst and ligand systems with facile preparation methods.
