1-乙基-1-甲基吡咯烷鎓四氟硼酸盐的合成与表征

Synthesis and characterization of 1-ethyl-1-methyl pyrrolidine tetrafluoroborate

摘要 以1-甲基吡咯烷为原料,通过季铵化、离子交换两步合成了中间体1-乙基-1-甲基吡咯烷溴盐([EMPy]Br)与1-乙基-1-甲基吡咯烷四氟硼酸盐离子液体([EMPy]BF_(4)),并通过FTIR、TG-DTG、^(1)H NMR等手段对其结构与性能进行了表征,进一步探究了反应介质、反应溶剂、反应温度、反应时间等因素对其收率的影响。结果表明,在优化的反应条件下,[EMPy]Br与[EMPy]BF_(4)收率分别达到98.3%、92.6%,且[EMPy]BF_(4)具有良好的热稳定性和溶解性。该合成路线简单、操作简便、目标产物收率高、后处理过程简单。这些特点使其在工业化生产中具有较高的可行性和经济性,符合绿色化学和高效生产的要求,具备良好的应用前景。 Using 1-methyl pyrrolidine as the raw material,1-ethyl-1-methyl pyrrolidine bromide ionic liquid intermediate([EMPy]Br)and 1-ethyl-1-methyl pyrrolidine tetrafluoroborate ionic liquid([EMPy]BF_(4))were synthesized through two-step reactions including quaternization and ion exchange.Their structure and properties were characterized by means of FTIR,TG-DTG,^(1)H NMR,and the effects of reaction medium,reaction solvent,reaction temperature,and reaction time on the yield were further investigated.The results show that under the optimized reaction conditions,the yields of[EMPy]Br and[EMPy]BF_(4) reach 98.3%and 92.6%,respectively,and[EMPy]BF_(4) has good thermal stability and solubility.The synthetic route is simple,the operation is convenient,the target products have high yields,and the post-treatment process is simple.These features make it highly feasible and economical for industrial production,conform to the requirements of green chemistry and efficient production,and have good application prospects.
