摘要
面对学生个性化成长需求及用人单位对实习质量的要求,高职顶岗实习管理亟须从粗放式管理向精细化运营转变,同时对实习过程的动态管理、数据分析、人员素养等提出更高要求。文章从校企一体化平台建设、智能化监管体系构建、实习指导队伍转型等多个维度展开分析,以回应当前实习管理过程中存在的校企数据衔接不畅、智能监管体系缺失、管理人员数字素养不足等关键痛点,进而探索一条基于技术赋能与治理革新的实习管理路径,以期实现精准配置实习资源、精细控制育人过程及持续提升教育质量。
Faced with the personalized growth needs of students and the requirements of employers for internship quality,the management of on-the-job internships in vocational colleges urgently needs to shift from extensive management to refined operation.At the same time,higher requirements are put forward for dynamic management,data analysis,personnel literacy,and other aspects of the internship process.The article analyzes from multiple dimensions such as the construction of a school enterprise integration platform,the construction of an intelligent supervision system,and the transformation of internship guidance teams,in response to the key pain points in the current internship management process,such as poor data connection between schools and enterprises,lack of intelligent supervision system,and insufficient digital literacy of management personnel.It further explores a path for internship management based on technological empowerment and governance innovation,in order to achieve precise allocation of internship resources,fine control of the education process,and continuous improvement of education quality.
