摘要
校企“双元”育人模式是搭建学校和企业、理论和实践的桥梁,有利于缓解当前教育与产业脱离的现实困境,既是提升学生就业质量的关键手段,又是增强职业教育服务经济社会发展能力的应然之需。为此,文章从校企“双元”育人内涵及其必要性出发,分析高职教育校企“双元”育人现状,并在此基础上探讨具有针对性的机制策略,以期为优化高职专业人才培育机制、提升职业教育质量提供参考。
The"dual"education model between schools and enterprises is to build a bridge between schools and enterprises,theory and practice,which is conducive to alleviating the current reality of the separation between education and industry.It is not only a key means to improve the quality of students'employment,but also a necessary need to enhance the ability of vocational education to serve economic and social development.Therefore,starting from the connotation and necessity of the"dual"education between schools and enterprises,this article analyzes the current situation of the"dual"education between schools and enterprises in higher vocational education,and explores targeted mechanism strategies on this basis,in order to provide reference for optimizing the mechanism of cultivating professional talents in higher vocational education and improving the quality of vocational education.
