摘要
高职院校校企合作存在很多问题,政府、学校、企业对于校企合作协同育人机制都存在一定的思想误区。目前的校企合作并不是一个互惠互利、共同求发展的平衡状态。高职院校在科研方面花费的精力较少。“双元制”模式在高职院校校企合作中的应用主要体现在重新制订新人才培养方案,采用“夹心饼”式教学模式,强化企业员工的素质。“双元制”职业教育模式的未来发展趋势为开展“订单式”培养,通过校企合作成立“院中院”。
There are many problems in school enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges.There are some misunderstandings among the government,schools and enterprises on the cooperative education mechanism of school enterprise cooperation.At present,school enterprise cooperation is not a balanced state of mutual benefit and common development,and higher vocational colleges spend less energy on scientific research.The application of“dual system”mode in the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational colleges is mainly reflected in reformulating the new talent training program,adopting the“sandwich cake”teaching mode,and strengthening the quality of employees.The future development trend of the“dual system”vocational education mode is mainly reflected in carrying out the“order type”training,and establishing the“middle school”through the cooperation between schools and enterprises.
