摘要
在新工科背景下,丰富教师队伍实践经验,提高实践操作能力,全面加强新工科教师队伍的建设,对于培养德才兼备的新工科应用型人才意义重大。该文以教育强国为理论指导,强教必先强师,在新工科建设、合作育人等一系列举措下,提出“六位一体”新工科应用型人才培养师资队伍建设方案,大力培养一支师德高尚、业务精湛、结构合理、充满活力的高素质专业化教师队伍,为培养德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的优秀毕业生提供了保障。
Based on the background of new engineering,it is of great significance to enrich the practical experience of teachers,improve their practical operation ability,and comprehensively strengthen the construction of new engineering teachers,so as to cultivate new engineering applied talents with both ability and political integrity.Guided by the theory of strengthening the country by education,we must strengthen the teacher team before strengthen the teaching.Under the implementation of a series of measures such as new engineering construction and cooperative education,we put forward a“six-in-one”scheme to train teachers for new engineering applied talents,and vigorously cultivate a high-quality professional teacher team with noble morality,exquisite professional skills,reasonable structure and full of vitality,which provides a protection for cultivating outstanding graduates with all-round development in morality,intelligence,physical fitness,beauty and labor.
