教育学立场下高校自评的价值取向与实施策略

摘要 高校自评是审核评估的关键环节,对推动院校自身建设和发展具有重要促进作用。文章基于对教育学立场内涵的阐释,指出高校自评应注重“生命质量”、聚力“增量发展”、倡导“主体对话”、体现“动态生成”,并提出了针对高校自评的几点思考:坚持内生成长与外在需求的深度结合,把握纵向发展与横向甄别的对立统一,保持顶层统筹与末端探索的良性互动,探索技术应用与人文向度的有效融合。 Self-evaluation of universities is a key link in the review and evaluation process,which plays an important role in promoting the construction and development of universities themselves.Based on the interpretation of the connotation of the educational standpoint,the article points out that self-evaluation in universities should focus on"quality of life",concentrate on"incremental development",advocate"subject dialogue",and reflect"dynamic generation".It also proposes several thoughts on self-evaluation in universities:adhering to the deep combination of endogenous growth and external needs,grasping the unity of vertical development and horizontal discrimination,maintaining a positive interaction between top-level coordination and end exploration,and exploring the effective integration of technology application and humanistic dimension.
