摘要
利用漆酶催化色氨酸单体生成色素,并将其应用于羊绒纤维的染色,实现对羊绒纤维的生态染色。研究单漆酶处理、一浴一步法、两浴法和一浴两步法对羊绒纤维的染色效果,优化一浴一步法中染色时间、染色温度、染色pH值及漆酶浓度等工艺条件。通过红外光谱测试、显微镜及扫描电镜表征羊绒纤维官能团变化和表面形貌,测试染色羊绒纤维的颜色特征、各项色牢度及防紫外线性能等。结果表明:采用一浴一步法染色的羊绒纤维染色效果最好,优化的工艺条件为温度50℃、时间24h、pH值5、漆酶浓度23.0 U/mL;染色羊绒纤维表面有色素附着且发生共价结合;通过一浴一步法染色的羊绒纤维具有较好的耐水洗色牢度及防紫外线性能。
Pigments were generated by laccase-catalyzed tryptophan monomers and applied to the dyeing of cashmere fibers,enabling the ecological dyeing of cashmere fibers.The dyeing effects of single laccase treatment,one-bath one-step method,two-bath method,and one-bath two-step method on cashmere fibers were studied,and the process conditions such as dyeing time,dyeing temperature,dyeing pH value,and laccase concentration in the one-bath one-step method were optimized.The changes in functional groups and surface morphology of cashmere fibers were characterized by infrared spectroscopy,microscopy,and scanning electron microscopy.The color characteristics,various color fastness,and ultraviolet resistance of the dyed cashmere fibers were tested.The results show that the one-bath one-step method achieves the best dyeing effect on cashmere fibers,with the optimized process conditions as follows:temperature of 50℃,time of 24 h,pH value of 5,and laccase concentration of 23.0 U/mL.SEM and ATR-IR indicates that pigments are attached to the surface of dyed cashmere fibers and covalent bonding occurred.The cashmere fibers dyed by the one-bath one-step method exhibit good washing fastness and ultraviolet resistance,but relatively poor dry rubbing fastness.
