摘要
在乡村振兴号召的背景下,返乡农民工创业成为检视乡村人才振兴水平和乡村治理效能的重要窗口。研究基于安徽省的373份实地调研数据,从农民工创业环境、企业特征和企业生命周期三个角度探讨返乡农民工创业绩效影响因素。实证研究发现,返乡农民工创业的周围基础设施建设、创业氛围、企业的经营形式以及农民工创业年限对返乡农民工创业绩效具有显著的正向影响。根据实证研究结果,结合实证分析对返乡农民工创业的现实实践及地方政府的政策制定,从能力培训、政策帮扶、设施配套等方面提出了相关的政策建议。
In the context of rural revitalization,entrepreneurship among returning migrant workers has become a crucial indicator for assessing the level of rural talent revitalization and the effectiveness of rural governance.Drawing on 373 field survey data from Anhui Province,this study investigates the factors influencing the entrepreneurial performance of returning migrant workers through three dimensions:entrepreneurial environment,enterprise characteristics,and enterprise lifecycle.Empirical findings reveal that infrastructure development in surrounding areas,entrepreneurial atmosphere,enterprise operational models,and the duration of migrant workers′entrepreneurship exert significant positive impacts on entrepreneurial performance.Building on these findings and combined with empirical analysis,this paper proposes policy recommendations for local governments to enhance returning migrant workers′entrepreneurship practices through entrepreneurial skills training,policy support,and infrastructure development.
