摘要
为提高航空物流企业的安全绩效管理水平,基于扎根理论和探索性因子分析识别航空物流企业安全绩效影响因素,得到包含4个一级指标和12个二级指标的指标体系,构建链式中介模型。以航空物流企业员工为问卷调查对象,运用结构方程模型及Bootstrap法实证检验安全绩效影响因素的影响机制。结果表明:航空货运教育培训对安全绩效的直接影响最大,其次是航空货运安全制度;四类影响因素彼此之间具有直接或间接的影响;模型中存在中介效应,且航空货运教育培训、航空货运安全信息管理、航空货运设备设施管理是航空货运安全制度对安全绩效的三条间接影响路径中的中介变量;航空货运安全信息管理是航空货运设备设施管理对安全绩效间接影响路径中的中介变量。
In order to improve the safety performance management level of air logistics enterprises,based on grounded theory and exploratory factor analysis,factors affecting the safety performance of aviation logistics enterprises are identified,an in dex system consisting of 4 first-level indicators and 12 second-level indicators is proposed,and a chain intermediary model is constructed.Taking the employees of air logistics enterprises as the object of questionnaire survey,the structural equation model and Bootstrap method are used to empirically test the influencing mechanism of the factors affecting the safety performance.The results show that the direct impact of air cargo safety culture on safety performance is the largest,followed by organizational management.The four types of influencing factors have direct or indirect influence on each other.There are mediating effects in the model,and air cargo safety culture,safety information management and air cargo equipment and facilities management are mediate variables in the three indirect impact pathways of organizational management on safety performance.Air cargo security information management is an intermediate variable in the indirect influence path of air cargo equipment and facilities management on safety performance.
