摘要
目的探讨孕前检查与健康教育对孕期产检及生育健康的影响。方法选取2022年1—12月于重庆市江津区妇幼保健院妇产科分娩的96例孕产妇临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据是否开展孕前健康教育分为对照组与观察组,各48例,2组孕产妇均开展常规孕前检查,对照组未开展孕前健康教育,观察组基于此接受孕前健康教育,比较2组孕产妇对孕育知识的了解程度、孕期产检依从性、分娩方式意向及出生缺陷发生情况。结果观察组的孕期保健与营养、正常受孕生理过程、孕前检查的重要性、性知识与避孕及预防出生缺陷的主要措施评分分别为(15.85±2.55)分、(16.51±2.01)分、(17.84±1.24)分、(16.68±2.83)分、(17.14±1.98)分,高于对照组的(12.96±1.46)分、(12.35±1.23)分、(13.56±2.36)分、(12.51±1.51)分、(14.15±1.26)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组孕期产检总依从率、自然分娩意向率分别为97.92%、52.08%,高于对照组的81.25%、29.17%,剖宫产分娩意向率为20.83%,低于对照组的39.58%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组出生缺陷率均为0。结论孕前产检与健康教育可有效提高孕育知识的知晓率及孕期产检的依从性,提升分娩方式选择的合理性。
Objective To explore the impact of pre-pregnancy examination and health education on prenatal examination and reproductive health.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 96 pregnant women who gave birth at Jiangjin District Maternal and Childcare Hospital,Chongqing City from January to December 2022.The subjects were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 48 cases each,based on whether pre-pregnancy health education was carried out.Both groups of pregnant women underwent preconception examinations,with the control group not receiving pre-pregnancy health education,while the observation group received pre-pregnancy health education on this basis.A comparison was made between the two groups regarding the degree of the level of understanding of pregnancy knowledge,compliance with prenatal examinations,intentions for delivery methods,and the incidence of birth defects.Results The scores for pregnancy care and nutrition,normal pregnancy physiological process,importance of pre-pregnancy examination,sexual knowledge and contraception,and main measures to prevent birth defects in the observation group were(15.85±2.55)points,(16.51±2.01)points,(17.84±1.24)points,(16.68±2.83)points,and(17.14±1.98)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group,which were(12.96±1.46)points,(12.35±1.23)points,(13.56±2.36)points,(12.51±1.51)points,and(14.15±1.26)points,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of prenatal examinations and the intention rate of natural delivery in the observation group were 97.92%and 52.08%,respectively,which were higher than the control group's 81.25%and 29.17%,respectively,the intention rate of cesarean section delivery was 20.83%,which was lower than the control group's 39.58%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The birth defect rates for both groups were 0.Conclusion Pre-pregnancy prenatal examination and health education can effectively improve the awareness of pregnancy knowledge and compliance with prenatal examination,and enhance the rationality of choosing delivery methods.
