摘要
辽宁彭氏眼针学术流派工作室团队自2012年系统梳理学派宗师彭静山教授的文献资料,清本溯源,挖掘整理彭老学术思想,研读16部著作。由工作室负责人王鹏琴教授带领团队深入研究原络大接经疗法的内涵及临床应用,探讨该疗法的中医理论渊源、取穴原则、行针手法、临床应用等,总结归纳出原络大接经按十二经脉气血循行针刺一经原穴和下一经络穴,针刺左右两侧交替,不留针,平补平泻,久病从肺原起始,新病从肺络起始。该方法通过调节十二经气血,按照气血流注顺序引导全身经气,使一气周流,从而调节脏腑气血阴阳平衡,达到治疗疾病的目的。
The team of Peng's Eye Acupuncture Academic School Studio in Liaoning has been systematically reviewing the literature and materials of Professor Peng Jingshan,a great master of the school,since 2012,to trace back to the source,excavate and organize Peng's academic thoughts,with 16 books studied intensively.Led by Professor Wang Pengqin,the head of the studio,the team conducted in-depth research on the theoretical connotation and clinical application of the powerful method of closing the meridian by yuan-luo point from the perspectives of the theoretical origin of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture principles and techniques,clinical application,etc.It was summarized that by following the circulation of blood and Qi along the twelve meridians,the acupuncture was performed at yuan point on one meridian and luo point on the next meridian,one side for each acupuncture and the other for the next,even reinforcing-reducing with no needle retention.Its acupuncture principle was to perform acupuncture from lung yuan to luo points for an old illness,otherwise from lung luo to yuan points for a new illness.The powerful therapy of closing the meridian by yuan-luo points can coordinate meridian-Qi throughout the body and make Qi flow in round based on Qi and blood flow sequences by regulating the circulation of blood and Qi along the twelve meridians,thereby balancing Qi,blood,Yin and Yang in the viscera to treat diseases eventually.
