摘要
原络配穴法是以原、络穴配伍使用为基础,可贯通上下、沟通内外,对互为表里脏腑经络的多种病证具有协同调节作用,在多种疾病的治疗中有重要作用,如用于治疗心脑血管系统、运动系统疾病等;还可用于治疗呼吸系统、消化系统疾病等,应用广泛,且疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。但原络配穴法的相关机制研究尚有不足,通过查阅古代典籍及大量文献,归纳原、络穴的作用及其配伍使用的原理,总结原络配穴法在多个系统的临床应用特点,为原络配穴法的临床应用提供参考。
Acupuncture methods of the original complex acupoints is based on the compatibility of primal and collaterals,which can be connected up and down,communicate with each other inside and outside,and has a synergism regulating effect on a variety of diseases and syndromes of internal and external viscera and meridians,also plays an important role in the treatment of diseases.Acupuncture methods of the original complex acupoints is widely used in diseases of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems and motor systems,and has a significant curative effect.It has a definite curative effect in the treatment of diseases of respiratory system,digestive system and other systems,and is worthy of clinical application.This article will consulting ancient classics and a large number of literatures,the function of original-points and collateral-points and the clinical application characteristics of the combination in multiple systems were summarized.
