摘要
以中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、万方数据库及维普数据库（VIP）为数据来源,检索、整理有关络穴物理性质的相关现代文献,通过文献整理方法对文献中涉及的络穴名称、物理性质及具体内容、研究对象、研究疾病、病例数等进行分析。发现涉及穴位电阻、温度的文献最多,其次涉及红外辐射光谱的文献,涉及的络穴主要有内关、光明、公孙、列缺、丰隆、蠡沟、外关、偏历。认为通过整理分析络穴物理性质与临床诊断的关联作用,探寻络穴物理性质在机体不同状态下的波动范围,以期为络穴的诊断提供客观依据。
We have systematically searched the CNKI（ China National Knowledge Infrastructure）,the CBM（ Sino Med）,Wanfang DATA and the Chongqing VIP database to identify Luo-connecting point-related modern literature. After retrieval,details including point name,physical characteristics,subjects,disease and sample size were abstracted from literature and then analyzed. The results showed that the majority of the literature was focusing on the electric resistance and temperature of acupoint area. Others were related to the infrared radiation spectrum of acupoint. Several Luo-connecting acupoints such as Neiguan（ PC6）,Guangming（ GB37）,Gongsun（ SP4）,Lieque（ LU7）,Fenglong（ ST40）,Ligou（ LR5）,Waiguan（ SJ5） and Pianli（ LI6） were reported in these literature. We believe that through summarizing the correlation of the physical characteristics of Luo-connecting acupoint and its diagnostic use,we can explore the dynamic nature of the physical activity of Luo-connecting acupoint according to different body constitutions,to hopefully provide further evidence for its diagnostic use in clinical settings.
