含镍废催化剂的回收工艺与研究进展

摘要 含镍废催化剂虽具备较大的危害,但是正确处理可作为二次资源使用,因此应从经济效益与环境效益两方面综合考虑含镍废催化剂的回收处理问题。本文对我国镍资源与含镍废催化剂的现实情况进行了阐述,探讨了其可持续利用的方式,综述了含镍废催化剂的回收工艺及现状,包括酸浸法、氨浸法、焙烧-浸出法以及火法富集回收等方法。阐释了回收利用含镍废催化剂的意义,对采用氢气还原含镍废催化剂的处理工艺提出了新的展望。 Although the spent catalyst containing nickel is harmful,it can be used as a secondary resource if properly treated.Therefore,the recovery and treatment of spent catalyst containing nickel should be comprehensively considered from two aspects of economic benefits and environmental benefits.In this paper,the current situation of nickel resources and spent catalyst containing nickel in China was expounded,the ways of its sustainable utilization were discussed,and the recovery technology and present situation of spent catalyst containing nickel were summarized,including acid leaching,ammonia leaching,roasting-leaching and pyrometallurgical enrichment and recovery.The significance of recycling nickel-containing waste catalyst was explained,and a new prospect of hydrogen reduction of nickel-containing waste catalyst was put forward.
