水性无机硅酸盐防腐涂料的制备与研究进展

摘要 在“双碳”战略的推动下,无机硅酸盐涂料凭借其环境友好性、经济性及优异的耐高温和耐腐蚀特性,正逐渐成为防腐涂料行业发展的新趋势。基于此,对无机硅酸盐防腐涂料的组成、制备工艺与研究进展等方面开展了系统综述,对不同类型成膜物质、填料、颜料与助剂的特点及在涂料中的作用进行了对比分析,并重点探讨了关于无机硅酸盐防腐涂料在耐水性能、机械性能、防腐性能与耐高温性能4个方面的改进研究,最后指出了无机硅酸盐防腐涂料领域亟待突破的重点与难点问题。 Driven by the"Dual Carbon"strategy,inorganic silicate coatings,with their advantages of environmental friendliness,low cost,high-temperature resistance,and corrosion resistance,are gradually becoming a new trend in the development of the anti-corrosion coating industry.Based on this,this review summarizes the composition,preparation,and research progress of inorganic silicate anti-corrosion coatings,comparatively analyzes the characteristics and roles of different types of film-forming substances,fillers,pigments,and additives in coatings,and focuses on introducing the improvement research on inorganic silicate anti-corrosion coatings in four aspects:water resistance,mechanical properties,corrosion resistance,and high-temperature resistance.Finally,it points out the key and difficult problems that urgently need to be solved in the field of inorganic silicate anti-corrosion coatings.
