摘要
目的:探讨四黄散外敷联合红外线治疗急性痛风性关节炎应用价值。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年10月石狮市医院收治的60例急性痛风性关节炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,每组各30例。对照组开展常规西药治疗,观察组开展四黄散外敷联合红外线治疗。比较两组临床治疗效率,治疗前后中医证候积分、炎性指标水平、相关代谢指标水平改善情况,以及不良反应发生率。结果:相较于对照组,观察组临床治疗效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血沉(ESR)水平、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、血白细胞计数(WBC)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血尿酸(SUA)指标水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、空腹血糖(FPG)指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗期间,两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对急性痛风性关节炎患者实施四黄散外敷联合红外线治疗,疗效更为确切,可积极改善患者关节疼痛等中医证候积分,减轻机体炎性反应及改善相关代谢症状,且治疗方式相对安全。
Objective:To explore the application value of Sihuang SAN combined with infrared ray in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Method:A total of 60 patients with acute gouty arthritis admitted to Shishi Hospital(admission time from March 2022 to October 2023)were selected,the grouping scheme was adopted by random number table method,and they were divided into two groups of 30 cases.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group received Sihuang SAN combined infrared treatment.The clinical treatment efficiency,the improvement of TCM syndrome score,inflammatory index level,related metabolic index level before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the clinical treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,The levels of ESR,CRP,WBC and SUA level of the observation group were lower than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C and FPG levels(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Sihuang SAN combined with infrared ray in patients with acute gouty arthritis has more accurate curative effect,can actively improve the TCM syndrome score of patients with joint pain,reduce the inflammatory response of the body and improve related metabolic symptoms,and the treatment method is relatively safe.
