摘要
目的:研究藿朴夏芩汤辅助布拉氏酵母菌治疗功能性消化不良患儿的应用效果。方法:回顾性收集2020年5月至2023年5月期间本院收治的128例功能性消化不良患儿的临床资料。依据治疗方法的不同将患儿分为对照组(采用布拉氏酵母菌治疗,n=62)和观察组(采用藿朴夏芩汤联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗,n=66)。比较两组的临床疗效、不良反应,以及治疗前后的胃肠道激素指标,例如神经肽S受体-1(neuropeptide S receptor 1,NPSR1)、生长抑素(som atostatin,SS)、酪酪肽(peptide tyrosine tyrosine,PYY)、胃泌素(Gastrin,GAS);胃动力学指标,例如胃排空时间、胃窦收缩幅度、胃窦收缩频率;炎性因子指标,例如白细胞介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)、人干扰素γ(Interferonγ,IFN-γ)、白细胞介素1-β(interleukin-1β,IL1-β)。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1 w,观察组的血清NPSR1、SS、GAS水平显著高于对照组,IL-8、IFN-γ、IL1-β、PYY水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1 w,观察组的胃窦收缩频率、胃窦收缩幅度均显著高于对照组,胃排空时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:对功能性消化不良患儿应用藿朴夏芩汤联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗,能改善胃肠道激素,促进胃动力学恢复,减轻机体炎性反应,提高临床疗效。
Objective:To study the effect of Huopu Xiaqin Decoction as an adjuvant to S.boulardii in the treatment of children with functional dyspepsia.Methods:Clinical data of 128 children with functional dyspepsia admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were retrospectively collected.According to the different treatment methods,the children were divided into control group(treated with S.boulardii,n=62)and observation group(treated with Huopu Xiaqin Decoction combined with S.boulardii,n=66).Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared,as well as the gastrointestinal hormone indicators,such as neuropeptide S receptor 1(NPSR1),som atostatin(SS),peptide tyrosine tyrosine(PYY),Gastrin(GAS);gastric dynamics indicators,such as gastric emptying time,gastric antral contraction amplitude,gastric antral contraction frequency;inflammatory factor indicators,such as interleukin-8(IL-8),Interferonγ(IFN-γ),interleukin1β(IL1-β)before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).One week after treatment,the levels of serum NPSR1,SS,and GAS in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the levels of IL-8,IFN-γ,IL1-β,and PYY were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).One week after treatment,the gastric antrum contraction frequency and amplitude in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the gastric emptying time was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Huopu Xiaqin Decoction combined with S.boulardii in the treatment of children with functional dyspepsia can improve gastrointestinal hormones,promote the recovery of gastric dynamics,reduce the inflammatory response,improve clinical efficacy.
