摘要
应用型高校“双师型”教师是推动高等教育服务区域经济发展的重要支撑,但其职业能力建设仍面临理论与实践融合不足、发展路径设计不完善等问题。以烟台科技学院为案例,对36名“双师型”教师进行访谈,基于“环境-心理型”能力发展框架和生态系统理论中的“生态变迁”概念,构建了“双师型”教师职业能力发展的“内外三阶段互相渗透”路径:在职前培养阶段,依托多主体协同机制,将校内理论学习与校外实践需求相结合;在入职规范阶段,通过“双导师”指导和动态适配机制,促进角色转变与职业适配;在职后提升阶段,通过“六级联动”培训体系和动态评价机制,推动教师能力在内外互动中持续优化。
"Dual-qualified"teachers in application-oriented universities play a crucial role in advancing higher education to support regional economic development.However,the development of their professional competence still faces challenges such as insufficient integration of theory and practice and underdeveloped career pathways.Using Yantai Institute of Science and Technology as a case study,this research conducted interviews with 36"dual-qualified"teachers.Grounded in the"environmental-psychological"competence development framework and the concept of"ecological change"from ecosystem theory,this paper proposes a"three-stage mutually penetrating"pathway for the professional competence development of these teachers.In the pre-service stage,multi-stakeholder collaboration mechanisms integrate theoretical learning on campus with practical needs off campus.During the induction stage,"dual-mentor"guidance and a dynamic adaptation mechanism facilitate role transition and professional fit.In the post-service enhancement stage,a"six-level linkage"training system and a dynamic evaluation mechanism are employed to continuously optimize teachers'competencies through internal and external interactions.
