摘要
辅导员是高校立德树人的关键执行者,其职业能力直接影响人才培养质量.针对当前辅导员群体存在的职责定位模糊、综合素养不足、职业发展受阻等问题,提出“定位-素养-实践-信念”四位一体的能力提升路径,以期为高校辅导员队伍职业能力建设提供参考.
Counselors are the key performers of fostering virtue through education,and their professional competence directly affects the quality of talent cultivation.Aiming at the current counselors’ambiguous duty orientation,insufficient comprehensive competencies,and obstacles to career development,we propose a four-dimensional enhancement framework integrating positioning,literacy,practice,and conviction,so as to offer actionable insights for the professional competence construction of counselor teams in colleges and universities.
