摘要
从国际经验看,规范准入机制、形成完善的师资培养模式,强调专业发展、重视在职培训、稳定兼职教师队伍是职教师资得到加强的几个重要条件。从国际比较的角度来观照我国职教师资队伍建设存在的问题,应以培养"双师型"教师为基础、突出建设"双师结构"师资队伍为整体思路,通过加强专业培养机构建设、规范准入机制、构建在职培训体系、完善相关机制,提高我国职教师资队伍建设水平。
According to international experience, there are several important conditions for strengthening the teacher team specialized in vocational education, that is, normalizing the entry mechanism, perfecting the culti- vation mode of teachers, stressing professional development and training on the job, and stabilizing the teacher team. There are some issues in our country's construction of vocational education teachers compared with in- ternational experience. Some measures should be taken to improve relevant mechanisms.
