摘要
土茯苓(Smilax glabra Roxb.)为百合科菝葜属植物,其根茎具有悠久的药食两用历史,市场应用前景广阔。土茯苓根茎生长缓慢,长期的采挖使野生资源面临严重短缺,人工栽培是缓解市场需求和保护野生资源的有效途径。通过试验和前人研究结果,总结了土茯苓种苗繁育及栽培技术,包括种子繁育、根茎繁育、栽培管理、病虫害防治等主要栽培管理技术要点,着重对种子苗繁育和根茎苗繁育技术进行介绍,旨在为土茯苓种苗规范化生产提供技术参考。
Smilax glabra Roxb.is a species in the genus Smilax and the family Liliaceae.Its rhizome has a long history of medicinal and culinary use,with broad market potential.However,due to its slow rhizome growth and long-term overharvesting,wild resources of S.glabra have become severely depleted.Artificial cultivation is an effective strategy to meet market demand while protecting wild resources of S.glabra.Based on experimental results and previous research,this study summarized the key techniques for the breeding and cultivation of S.glabra seedlings,including seed propagation,rhizome propagation,cultivation management,and disease and pest control.Particular emphasis was placed on the analysis and discussion of seed and rhizome propagation techniques.The aim was to provide technical references for the standardized production of S.glabra seedlings.
