摘要
近年来,中央城市工作会议持续推进宜居城市建设,内涵不断深化,当前更强调要素一体规划,注重联动、系统与民生。为推进“四好”建设,本文研究提出开展四大宜居行动:智筑安居,从新建与改造两方面建“好房子”;焕新家园,通过整治、规划与服务升级建“好小区”;无界共享,打造“十五分钟圈”营“好社区”;智慧协同,以感知与智慧应用建“好城区”,全面提升城市宜居品质。
In recent years,the Central Urban Work Conference has continuously advanced the construction of livable cities,with its connotation deepened constantly;nowadays,greater emphasis is placed on the integrated planning of elements,as well as on linkage,systematic approach and people’s livelihood.To implement the spirit of the Conference and promote the“Four Good”construction,this paper proposes to carry out four major livable city initiatives:“Intelligent Construction for Livable Housing”–building“good houses”through both new construction and renovation,“Renewing Homes”–developing“good residential compounds”by means of improvement,planning and service upgrading,“Unbounded Sharing”–creating“good communities”by building the“15-minute living circle”,and“Intelligent Collaboration”–constructing“good urban areas”with perception and smart applications,all of which aim to comprehensively enhance the livability of cities.
