摘要
在全球城市化进程不断加快的背景下,城市面临着交通拥堵、住房紧张、环境污染等“城市病”,面对这一系列复杂挑战,构建科学系统的城市研究方法,精确量化模拟城市生命体运行机理至关重要。本文提出城市生命体复杂系统模型,并基于该模型开发CitySPS平台,从理论层面阐述城市生命体模型的构建思路;从开发层面阐述CitySPS平台的设计架构以及国产化、智能化优势;从应用层面以广州市为例,验证模型对广州市人口规模分布预测、土地资源管理、交通拥堵缓解等场景的应用效果。本文所提出的理论与技术可助力我国推进人口、产业、城镇、交通一体规划,实现城市治理的科学化、精细化、智能化。
Based on the context of accelerating global urbanization,cities are increasingly facing a series of multifaceted and complex challenges such as traffic congestion,housing shortages,and environmental pollution,collectively referred as“urban diseases”.To address these issues,it is essential to construct a scientifically systematic methodology of urban studies to precisely quantify and simulate the cycle of operating mechanisms of urban life entities.This study proposes the complex system model of urban life entities and its application,the CitySPS platform.It systematically explicates the theoretical methods and approaches of the model,including its core functions,evolutionary mechanism,and macroscopic objectives.The study also elaborates the architecture design of CitySPS platform,highlighting its advantages in artificial intelligent and domestic production.A case study of Guangzhou demonstrates the positively application effects of the model in scenarios such as population distribution forecasting,land resource management,and traffic congestion alleviation.The study illustrates how complex system model of urban life entities,and its application can be leveraged to advance integrated planning of population,industries,urban areas and transportation,ultimately achieving the scientific,refined and intelligent urban governance.
