摘要
作为工业水处理领域的核心功能材料,阻垢剂通过抑制无机盐结晶沉积和调控微晶分散,在确保设备传热效率与运行稳定性方面发挥着关键作用。本研究从材料科学角度系统阐述阻垢剂的化学定义、界面作用机理及其科学分类体系,重点论证其在工业循环冷却水系统、锅炉水处理等场景中的创新应用实践。通过阻垢剂发展脉络的演进分析,运用静态阻垢率测试与动态模拟实验方法,从分子结构设计与复配协同效应两个维度揭示其性能优化路径,并基于绿色化学原理与智能监测技术探讨新型阻垢体系的发展趋势。
As a core functional material in the field of industrial water treatment,scale inhibitors play a key role in ensuring the heat transfer efficiency and operation stability of equipment by inhibiting the crystallization and deposi⁃tion of inorganic salts and regulating the dispersion of microcrystalline.This study systematically expounds the chemical definition,interface mechanism and scientific classification system of scale inhibitors from the perspective of material science,and focuses on its innovative application practice in industrial circulating cooling water system,boiler water treatment and other scenarios.Through the evolution analysis of the development context of scale inhibi⁃tors,the static scale inhibition rate test and dynamic simulation experiment method are used to reveal the perfor⁃mance optimization path from the two dimensions of molecular structure design and compound synergistic effect.Based on the principle of green chemistry and intelligent monitoring technology,the development trend of new scale inhibition system is discussed.
