摘要 采用静态法和动态法对新型反渗透膜阻垢剂GDMP进行了阻垢性能评价。静态法结果表明,GDMP阻CaCO3垢性能优良,使用浓度为12 mg/L时阻CaCO3垢率为76.2%,好于同浓度PTP0100的52.3%。动态法结果表明,GDMP能够大大延长水通量不变的时间,2,3,4 mg/L分别在58,108,168 h内水通量维持不变,在74,140,232 h时水通量降低10%,而相同条件下PTP0100维持水通量不变的时间为0,6,10 h,在28,40,48 h时水通量降低10%,GDMP性能优于PTP0100。 Performance of glycine dimethylene phosphonic acid (GDMP), a new type reverse osmosis (RO) membrane was tested by static and dynamic evaluation method. The static evaluation results show that the CaC03 inhibition efficiency of GDMP is excellent, the scale inhibition ratio is 76.2 % when the dosage is 12 mg/L, which is better than 52.3 % of PTP0100. The dynamic evaluation results show that the times of water flux remaining is extended by GDMP, and the permeate flow rate can be maintained for 58, 108, 168 h, the water flax declined by 10 % for 74, 140, 232 h when the dosage was 2, 3, 4 mg/L, respectively. But the time obtained by PTP0100 is only 0, 6, 10 h and 28, 40, 48 h under the same condition. The performance of GDMP is better than PTP0100.
