摘要
腐蚀现象是化工机械设备最为常见的问题,当化工机械设备出现腐蚀问题时,就会导致其无法高效率、高质量、安全的进行加工生产,严重时将造成人员伤亡情况和经济损失。所以提高化工机械设备的防腐蚀性能非常重要。文章首先对提高化工机械设备防腐蚀性能的必要性进行分析,得出提高防腐蚀性能能够保障化工企业的稳定生产、提高化工企业生产的经济性和安全性。然后再分析常见的腐蚀性问题,其中包含着电化学腐蚀问题、化学腐蚀问题和其他腐蚀类型。最后提出了几点提高防腐蚀性能的措施,分别从化工机械设备防腐蚀的设计方面、方法应用方面和人为管理方面进行分析。通过应用防腐蚀的措施,能够提高设备的防腐蚀性能,增强设备的使用寿命和保障化工企业的生产效率。
Corrosion is the most common problem of chemical machinery and equipment.When chemical machinery and equipment is corroded,it will lead to its failure to process and produce with high efficiency,high quality and safety,which will cause casualties and economic losses in serious cases.Therefore,it is very important to improve the corrosion resistance of chemical machinery equipment.This paper first analyzes the necessity of improving the anti-corrosion performance of chemical machinery equipment,and concludes that improving corrosion resistance can ensure the stable production of chemical enterprises and improve the economic and safety of chemical enterprises.Then analyze common corrosive problems,including electrochemical corrosion problems,chemical corrosion problems and other types of corrosion.Finally,several measures to improve the anti-corrosion performance were proposed,which were analyzed from the aspects of anti-corrosion design,method application and human management of chemical machinery equipment.By applying anti-corrosion measures,the anti-corrosion performance of the equipment can be improved,the service life of the equipment can be enhanced,and the production efficiency of the chemical enterprise can be guaranteed.
