摘要
延安时期,陕甘宁边区“马背摇篮”保教队伍建设发展主要经历了以下三个阶段:1937年6月至1939年7月,保教政策出台,保教队伍初步建立;1940年3月至1946年10月,保教制度逐步规范,保教队伍逐渐壮大;1946年11月至新中国成立,继承战时保教传统,发扬延安保教建设精神。陕甘宁边区各保育院通过加强对保教人员的思想教育、建立健全保教队伍管理制度、坚持对保教人员进行职后培养、关心保教人员的工作与生活等方式,建立了一支专业的、具有钢铁般意志的保教队伍。陕甘宁边区“马背摇篮”保教队伍建设的历史经验,对新时代保教队伍建设有四个方面的启示:加强师德教育,确保保教队伍建设的正确方向;坚持制度创新,实现保教队伍的精细化管理;加强职后教育,提高保教队伍的职业素养;给予多重关怀,提高保教人员的社会地位。
During the Yan’an Period,the construction and development of the“Cradle on Horseback”nursery and educational teams in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region went through several stages:from June 1937 to July 1939,policies on nursery and educational were introduced,and a preliminary nursery and educational teams was established;from March 1940 to October 1946,the system for nursery and educational gradually became standardized,and the team grew stronger;from November 1946 until the founding of New China,the wartime tradition of nursery and educational was inherited,and its experiences was developed.The Nursery and Educational School in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region built a professional nursery and educational team with an iron will by focusing on ideological education,establishing a comprehensive management system,insisting on post-employment training,and caring for their work and life.The historical experience of the“Cradle on Horseback”nursery and educational teams in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region offers four important insights for building preschool education teams in the new era:strengthening teacher ethics education to ensure the direction of nursery and educational team building;persisting in institutional innovation to implement refined management of the nursery and educational team;enhancing post-employment education to improve the quality of ongoing training for the team;and providing multifaceted care to elevate the status of nursery and educational educators.
