社会交换视角下乡村幼儿教师的职业认同研究 被引量:6

A Study on the Professional Identity of Preschool Teachers in Rural Areas from the Perspective of Social Exchange

摘要 职业认同是个体对自身职业的内在接纳,乡村幼儿教师的职业认同与工作投入度、职业幸福感与幼儿的发展质量相关。研究使用调查法,从社会交换的视角探讨了乡村幼儿教师的职业认同现状。研究发现:乡村幼儿教师的职业认同总体处于中等水平,存在着较高职业认同与较低职业意志的矛盾。社会交换失衡导致乡村幼儿教师对职业接纳度不高。为此,应改变乡村幼儿教师在社会交换中的不利处境,满足其物质、社会声望和专业发展的需求,以提高乡村学前教育的质量。 Professional identity is individuals'positive evaluation on their own profession,and rural preschool teachers'profession identity is correlated to their job involvement and professional happiness,and children's development as well.This study,taking a social exchange perspective,conducts an investigation into the status quo of professional identity of preschool teachers in rural areas.The results show that rural preschool teachers'professional identity is generally at an intermediate level,with a contradiction between high-level professional identity and low-level professional will.The imbalanced social exchange leads to the low-level professional identity acceptance among rural preschool teachers.In view of these,we should change the disadvantageous position of rural preschool teachers in social exchange,so as to improve the quality of rural preschool education.
