摘要
针对国内线材在线盐浴热处理技术处于空白的现状,通过自主研发线材在线盐浴热处理装备技术,开发了性能优异的盐浴热处理装备与工艺。以SWRS92Si作为实验对象,经过自主研发的盐浴装备热处理后强度超过1500 MPa,再通过拉丝和热镀锌,其抗拉强度可达2160 MPa以上,验证了自主研发的在线盐浴热处理装备的可行性。
This article aims to address the current gap in online salt bath heat treatment technology for wire rods in China.Through independent research and development of wire rod online salt bath heat treatment equipment technology,high-performance salt bath heat treatment equipment and processes have been developed.Using SWRS92Si as the experimental object,the developed salt bath equipment has a strength exceeding 1500 MPa after heat treatment.After drawing and hot-dip galvanizing,its tensile strength can reach over 2160 MPa,proving the feasibility of the developed online salt bath heat treatment equipment.
