摘要
淬火是一个温度、应力、相变相互影响的高度非线性问题 .根据淬火过程的特点 ,结合有限元技术 ,介绍了用于淬火过程模拟的温度场求解技术、组织转变量的计算方法、应力应变场的计算方法及相变塑性等 ,给出了淬火过程中弹塑性系数的计算方法 ,并指出了未来淬火模拟的几个重点研究方向 .
Quenching is a complicated process and a highly non-linear question coupling among temperature, stress and phase transformation. According to the characteristic of quenching, several key techniques of simulating quenching process are introduced associating with the finite element method, such as solving temperature field, computing the volume of phase transformation, solving the thermal elastic-plastic problem, phase transformation plasticity and so on. The methods of calculating elastic-plastic ratio of quenching technology are given in the paper. Several suggestions and directions for further research are pointed out.
