摘要
介绍了一种盘条熔盐辊道箱体弹性密封装置,属于高品质线材在线盐浴热处理装备技术领域。通过熔盐循环控制系统、下箱体、上箱体、辊道、轴承座、固定支架、弹性密封件、旋转密封盘和链轮的有机设置,使得熔盐辊道箱体在550℃以上高温工作时,即使发生较大变形,由于弹性密封件的巧妙设置,能够较好地适应其变形,保证旋转密封盘板面与弹性密封件始终接触,熔盐不泄漏,辊道也可自由转动,实现了动态密封,使得盘条始终浸泡在熔盐中,达到高品质线材在线盐浴热处理的目的,可有效提升线材强度和韧性。
This article introduces a new type of elastic sealing device for the molten salt roller conveyor box,which belongs to the technical field of high-quality wire rod online salt bath heat treatment equipment.Through the organic setting of the molten salt circulation control system,lower box body,upper box body,molten salt,roller conveyor,bearing seat,fixed bracket,elastic seal,rotating seal plate,and sprocket,the molten salt roller conveyor box body can adapt to significant deformation even when working at high temperatures above 550℃.The clever setting of the elastic seal can ensure that the rotating seal plate surface is always in contact with the elastic seal,and the molten salt does not leak.The roller conveyor can also rotate freely,achieving dynamic sealing and ensuring that the wire rod is always immersed in molten salt,achieving the purpose of high-quality wire heat treatment in a salt bath.This can effectively improve the strength and toughness of the wire.
