摘要
目的:探讨GE-256排螺旋CT对早期胃癌的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析永安市立医院2021年11月~2023年11月收治的80例疑似早期胃癌患者,所有患者均接受上消化道造影与GE-256排螺旋CT诊断,术后行病理检查,以病理检查结果为“金标准”,比较上消化道造影与GE-256排螺旋CT对胃癌的检出情况,探究GE-256排螺旋CT诊断胃癌分期的准确度。结果:GE-256排螺旋CT诊断胃癌的灵敏度为84.93%,特异度为71.43%,准确度为83.75%,均高于上消化道造影65.75%、14.29%、61.50%(P<0.05);GE-256排螺旋CT诊断T分期的准确度为71.23%,N分期的准确度为83.56%,M分期的准确度为86.30%。结论:GE-256排螺旋CT对胃癌诊断具有较高灵敏度和特异度,能较为准确地诊断胃癌及TNM分期,可以为胃癌诊断与治疗提供参考依据。
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of GE-256 row spiral CT in early gastric cancer.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 80 patients with suspected early-stage gastric cancer admitted to Yong’an Municipal Hospital from November 2021 to November 2023.All patients underwent upper gastrointestinal tract radiography and GE-256 row spiral CT for diagnosis.Postoperative pathological examination was performed,with the pathological examination results serving as the“gold standard.”The study compared the detection rates of gastric cancer between upper gastrointestinal tract radiography and GE-256 row spiral CT and investigated the accuracy of GE-256 row spiral CT in staging gastric cancer.Results:The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of GE-256 row spiral CT in diagnosing gastric cancer were 84.93%,71.43%,and 83.75%,respectively,which were higher than those of upper gastrointestinal imaging(65.75%,14.29%,and 61.50%,respectively)(P<0.05);The accuracy of GE-256 row spiral CT in diagnosing T staging was 71.23%,N staging was 83.56%,and M staging was 86.30%.Conclusion:The GE-256 row spiral CT demonstrates high sensitivity and specificity in gastric cancer diagnosis,enabling accurate detection of gastric cancer and TNM staging.It provides a reliable reference for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.
