摘要
目的:观察在下肢动脉疾病诊断中使用数字减影血管造影(DSA)步进技术的临床效果。方法:选取2023年3月~2024年3月本院收治的68例(80肢)疑似出现下肢动脉疾病患者,在患者进行DSA检查时,35例(42肢)检查技术为DSA步进技术,另33例(38肢)检查技术为DSA分段技术。比较不同检查技术临床参数指标及图像优良情况。结果:与DSA分段技术相比,DSA步进技术对比剂使用量少,曝光时间短,摄片帧数少,检查耗时短(P<0.05);与DSA分段技术相比,DSA步进技术优异率更高(P<0.05)。结论:在对下肢动脉疾病进行诊断时,使用DSA步进技术可更好地将图像呈现,并能有效控制检查中各项参数指标,减少对患者的影响,可为下肢检查的首选技术方法。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of using digital subtraction angiography(DSA)step technique in the diagnosis of lower extremity arterial diseases.Methods:From March 2023 to March 2024,68 patients(80 limbs)with suspected lower limb artery disease were selected as the study objects.DSA examinations were performed on the lower limbs,among which 35 patients(42 limbs)underwent DSA step technique examination and 33 patients(38 limbs)underwent DSA segmental examination.The clinical parameters and image excellence of different examination techniques were compared.Results:There were significant differences between DSA and segmented DSA in the amount of contrast agent,exposure time,number of photographs and inspection time,P<0.05;In terms of image quality,the superior rate of stepwise DSA is higher than that of segmented DSA(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of lower limb artery disease,the DSA step technology can better present the image,effectively control the parameters in the examination,and reduce the impact on patients,which can be the first choice for lower limb examination.
