摘要
评价指标是客观评估交通强国发展水平的关键抓手。为更好发挥指标体系“标尺”作用,科学引导浙江省交通运输高质量发展,本文综合考虑地区差异和共性特点,以交通强国省域参考指标为重点,对浙江交通强省建设水平进行量化评估。充分对标国内领先水平,研判分析浙江省交通发展的优势与不足。研究结果表明,浙江总体交通发展水平较高,但在便捷、经济维度存在明显短板。在此基础上,本研究针对性提出未来发展的对策建议,为浙江加快建成高水平交通强省提供决策参考。
Evaluation indexes of transportation power are important for assessing the transportation development level.This paper comprehensively considers regional differences and common characteristics,quantitatively evaluates the development level of transportation in Zhejiang province focusing on the provincial reference indicators.The advantages and disadvantages of Zhejiang province transportation is fully analyzed by benchmarking the domestic leading level.The results show that the overall level of transportation development of Zhejiang province is relatively high.However,there are significant shortcomings in the convenient and economic dimensions.Therefore,this paper proposes strategies for further development aiming to provide precise decision-making references for Zhejiang province.
