机织物拆下纱线线密度自动检测装置设计

摘要 为了提高机织物拆下纱线线密度检测的精度和效率,避免人为接触测试过程中带来的手汗、用力不均以及读数等误差,设计一种带有拆线机构的纺织品线密度检测装置。通过该装置自动完成从拆纱到称量(包括烘干)的整个过程,并完成线密度各单位间的换算,从而快速、准确考量线密度指标。依据JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》评定装置的不确定度,并进行对比和验证。结果表明:设计的装置能够对机织面料线密度进行准确测定,检测效率较手动挂锤法、卷曲测试仪测试方法均有大幅度提升,对纺织厂的生产管理及质检部门的指标检测具有一定的实用价值。 In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of yarn linear density detection during the disassembly of woven fabrics,and to avoid errors such as hand sweat,uneven force and reading caused by human contact during the testing process,a textile yarn linear density detection device with a disassembly mechanism was designed.The entire process from yarn removal to weighing(including drying)was automatically completed through this device,and the conversion between units of linear density was accomplished,thereby quickly and accurately assessing the linear density index.The uncertainty of the device was evaluated in accordance with JJF 1059.1-2012"Evaluation and Representation of Measurement Uncertainty",and comparisons and verifications were conducted.The results show that the designed device can accurately measure the linear density of woven fabrics.The detection efficiency has been significantly improved compared with the manual hanging hammer method and the crimping tester testing method.It has certain practical value for the production management of textile factories and the index detection of quality inspection departments.
