摘要
捻度和线密度是决定纱线强度的关键参数,也是影响织物及其复合材料力学性能的重要因素。为优化纱线的力学性能,探究捻度对涤纶单纱拉伸力学性能的影响,采用纱线加捻机对涤纶单根纤维和涤纶单纱进行加捻,通过动态热机械分析仪和电子万能拉力机分别表征涤纶单根纤维和单纱的拉伸力学性能,研究捻度与不同线密度涤纶单纱拉伸力学性能之间的关系。实验结果表明:涤纶单根纤维和单纱加捻后,他们的断裂强度均存在临界捻度,涤纶单纱断裂强力随捻度增大而先增加后减小;涤纶单纱的断裂伸长率与捻度成正相关,为加捻纱线在厚重织物等复合材料的使用提供了理论参考。
Twist and linear density are the key parameters to determine yarn strength and the important factors affecting the mechanical properties of fabric and its composites.In order to optimize the mechanical properties of yarn,the influence of twisting on the tensile properties of polyester single yarn was investigated.Yarn twisting machine was used to twist single polyester fiber and single polyester yarn.The tensile mechanical properties of single polyester fiber and single polyester yarn were tested by dynamic thermomechanical analyzer and electronic universal tension machine.The relationship between twist and tensile properties of polyester single yarn with different linear densities was explored.The experimental results show that there is a critical twist in the breaking strength of single polyester fiber and single yarn after twist,and the breaking strength of single polyester yarn increases first and then decreases with the increase of twist.The elongation at break of polyester single yarn is positively correlated with twist.It provides a theoretical reference for the application of twisted yarn in composite materials such as heavy fabric.
