脲甲醛/羟丙基甲基纤维素泡沫吸水材料的制备及其性能研究

Preparation and properties of urea-formaldehyde/hydroxypropyl methylcellulose foam water-absorbing materials

摘要 以脲甲醛树脂(UF)和羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)为原料,添加硅树脂聚醚乳液(MPS)和十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS),采用物理发泡技术制备了脲甲醛/羟丙基甲基纤维素泡沫吸水材料。通过扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、拉曼光谱仪和X射线衍射仪分析了材料的微观形貌、化学结构及晶型结构。结果表明:当HPMC质量分数为1.1%、UF质量分数为20%、SDS质量分数为1.5%、MPS质量分数为2%时,泡沫吸水材料性能最佳,其吸自来水倍率可达12.36g/g,吸去离子水倍率为14.55g/g,吸质量分数0.9%NaCl溶液倍率为10.42g/g,保水时间超过168h;重复吸水10次后仍能达到第1次吸水倍率的50%左右。 Urea formaldehyde/hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose foam water-absorbing materials were prepared by physical foaming technology with urea formaldehyde resin(UF)and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC)as raw materials,with the addition of silicone polyether emulsion(MPS)and sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS).The microstructure,chemical structure,and crystal structure of the materials were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy,and X-ray diffraction.The results showed that when HPMC mass fraction was 1.1%,UF mass fraction was 20%,SDS mass fraction was 1.5%,and MPS mass fraction was 2%,the foam water-absorbing material had the best performance.Its water absorption rate could reach 12.36g/g for tap water,14.55g/g for deionized water,and 10.42g/g for a 0.9%NaCl solution.The water retention time was more than 168h.After 10 times of repeated water absorption,it could still retain about 50% of the first water absorption rate.
