摘要
针对综合客运枢纽换乘信息不对称、多语言服务缺乏、动静态引导互补性有待完善等问题,设计了综合客运枢纽旅客便捷换乘引导系统,深入阐述了系统架构、功能和关键技术,实现了换乘路径规划、客流检测、换乘排队时间预估、重点旅客无障碍出行等服务功能,提高了旅客出行的效率和体验,缓解综合客运枢纽管理组织压力,优化资源配置,为旅客出行安全提供保障。
In response to the problems of asymmetric transfer information,lack of multilingual services,and incomplete complementarity of dynamic and static guidance in comprehensive passenger transport hubs,this paper designed a passenger convenient transfer guidance system in comprehensive passenger transport hub,and elaborated on the system architecture,functions,and key technologies.It implemented service functions such as transfer path planning,passenger flow detection,transfer queue time estimation,and barrier free travel for key passengers,improved the efficiency and experience of passenger travel,alleviated the management and organizational pressure of comprehensive passenger transport hubs,optimized resource allocation,and provided guarantees for passenger travel safety.
