基于Unity的新能源汽车虚拟仿真系统设计与实现

摘要 随着新能源汽车技术的快速发展,虚拟仿真系统已成为提升拆装效率、降低培训成本的核心工具。基于Unity引擎,设计并实现了一套新能源汽车虚拟仿真系统,重点探讨其交互功能的设计框架与技术实现。系统通过三维模型分层建模、界面按钮动态控制、人机交互逻辑优化等关键技术,实现了新能源汽车各部件拆装流程的虚拟化与智能化。结合C#脚本编程、物理引擎与Tween动画技术,系统支持用户通过触控、语音等多模态交互方式完成虚拟拆装操作,并具备智能引导与错误纠正功能。 With the rapid development of new energy vehicle technology,virtual simulation systems have become core tools for improving disassembly and assembly efficiency and reducing training costs.This paper designs and implements a virtual simulation system for new energy vehicles based on the Unity engine,focusing on the design framework and technical realization of its interactive functions.Through key technologies such as hierarchical 3D modeling,dynamic control of interface buttons,and optimization of human-computer interaction logic,the system realizes the virtualization and intelligence of the engine disassembly and assembly process.Combining C#scripting,physics engines,and Tween animation technology,the system supports users in completing virtual disassembly and assembly operations through multi-modal interaction methods such as touch and voice,and it has functions of intelligent guidance and error correction.
