破碎机箱体焊接工艺改进研究与应用

摘要 本文聚焦煤焦化产业中破碎机箱体焊接工艺,深入剖析传统焊接工艺存在的变形累积、应力释放不足、工艺参数难控等问题,结合焊接工艺参数优化、温度场监测与应力应变分析等关键技术,详细阐述改进后的整体成型焊接、工装夹具设计及整体退火等工艺方案。通过实际案例验证,新工艺能够显著降低箱体变形量,提升生产效率,减少生产成本,为焦化行业破碎机箱体制造提供高效可靠的技术方案。 This paper focuses on the welding process of the crusher box in the coal coking industry and deeply analyzes the problems of deformation accumulation,insufficient stress release and difficult control of process parameters in traditional welding processes.It also expounds in detail the improved process scheme of integral forming welding,fixture design,and overall tempering,combined with technologies such as welding process parameter optimization,temperature field monitoring,and stress and strain analysis.Through practical case verification,the new process significantly reduces the deformation of the box body,improves production efficiency,reduces production costs,and provides efficient and reliable technical solutions for the manufacturing of crusher boxes in the coking industry.
